NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. — Students from Cheyenne High School’s Cyber Patriot Program, visit the Combined Air Operations Center-Nellis, to receive a briefing on cyber operations April 29. Cyber Patriot is the National Youth Cyber Education Program conceived by the Air Force Association to inspire students toward careers in cyber security or other science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines critical to our nation’s future. Representatives from the school were also provided with an overview of the curriculum for A+, Security+ and Network+ certifications to ensure students are poised to enter the information technology career field immediately after high school, or posture them for success in their undergraduate studies.
