Brig. Gen. Jeannie Leavitt, 57th Wing commander and Lt. Col. The 561st JTS serves as the sole publishers of Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures volumes. Additionally, the 561st JTS works closely with deployed units to ensure the latest emerging TTP are captured and disseminated to U.S. Air Force, joint, and coalition forces.
