Q. How do I sign up for TRICARE Plus?

A. Signing up is easy. Simply complete a TRICARE Plus enrollment application and return it to the base hospital TRICARE office. Our mailing address is:

You can also enroll in our office Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Enrollment is effective within 20-60 days. You will receive a letter from us letting you know the effective date and how to begin accessing care at Nellis AFB.
