Multiple squadrons from the 57th Maintenance Group participated in a load crew competition Oct. 6 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev.
Airmen worked in small teams to load and unload munitions from their assigned aircraft.
From performing pre-checks to loading, securing and unloading the munitions, each team member played a specific role during the competition.

The competition provides weapons loaders throughout the 57th MXG the opportunity to display their weapons loading skills to their peers and superiors.
