Tour de Irwin The Tour de Irwin is a 41-mile, 10-mile and 2.5-mile bicycle race around Fort Irwin tomorrow.  All are welcome to participate or cheer on competitors.  Registration is $25 and $15 for children 12 and under.  Registration is available at Outdoor Recreation, Freedom and Memorial fitness centers, and Coyote Activity Center.  For more…
